Singani is a protected DO the vineyards and distillery must be located at least 5250' elevation. The only grape varietal allowed is Muscat d'Alexandria. Distilled 2x in a Cognac style alembic pot still, with the pomace, but without the stems. Very clear aspect; quite aromatic Muscat nose, floral and leafy; texture in the mouth almost rum like, round and fruity
