While always looking to do something new, Nav's winemaking is mainly traditional, using very few additions and sourcing fruit from a variety of sites, picked according to the lunar calendar. The grapes for the 2018 Nature Pinot Noir come off a single vineyard in the Derwent Valley that produces a spicy, complex and aromatic style of wine. Really delicious drinking.
